Text Message (SMS) Program

mac tonic (operated by Print Tonic, Inc., 98 E 13th Ave Ste A, Eugene, OR 97401) sends transactional, repair-related text messages only — repair status updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate approvals, and ready-for-pickup notices. We do not send marketing texts on this program.

How customers opt in

Consent is collected in person at our service counter when a customer account or repair ticket is created:

SMS: By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive repair-related text messages. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Consent is not required for purchase.

Managing your preferences

Every customer receives access to a personal customer portal (a QR-code link is printed on your paperwork) where text-message notifications can be turned on or off at any time:
