1. Program Overview

mac tonic uses SMS messaging to provide transactional and service notifications related to device repair services, including repair status updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate approval requests, and service-related communication.

2. Opt-In and Consent

By providing your mobile phone number during a service request, appointment scheduling, or other explicit enrollment process, you consent to receive SMS messages from mac tonic.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to or received from mac tonic. Your wireless provider’s standard rates and fees may apply.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary based on your repair activity, but typically you may receive up to five (5) messages per repair service event.

5. Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from mac tonic, except for non-marketing messages permitted by law. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the information below.
